Shipping Method
All orders that conform to UPS shipping standards will ship by UPS Ground (which
are delivered wihin 3 to 7 business days).  Orders that exceed the size and weight
standards of UPS will ship by freight.  If the order ships by freight truck, the carrier
will be determined by geographical location and JADS 4 Country Stores preference.

Returns
We, at JADS 4 Country Store, pride ourselves in offering you merchandise of the
highest  quality.  We do realize that from time to time some people are just not happy
with their purchase for one reason or another.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us for a return authorization number within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase.  Make sure that you include the order number and the date which the merchandise was received.  We will reply via e-mail with an authorization number which must be written on the outside of the return package near the return shipping address.  Packages arriving without a return authorization number will be refused.

Once you have a return authorization number, please return the merchandise promptly in the original condition.  We will refund the entire purchase price excluding shipping and handling to you (we offer free shipping only if you keep the product - it costs us to ship it to you so we will need to recoup the cost if you return the product), after we receive and examine the return.  All returns must be in the original box or a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the purchase price.  All returns must be received and in our possession within 14 days from the date we give you a return authorization number, if we do not receive the items within this time period you will be charged a restocking fee.

All returns MUST be returned
in their original boxes.

PRIVACY POLICY
JADS 4 Country Store values you as a customer as well as your business.  We will never rent, sell or make available your information to any other company.  We will however, use your email address, from time to time, to notify you of new products, specials and close-out items.  If you do not wish to receive emails from us, please let us know.
